NVSKN Atelier Policy Overview CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice are considered a Late Cancellation and will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. LATE ARRIVALS If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment start time, your visit will be treated as a Late Cancellation and a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. NO‑SHOWS If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact us in advance, a fee of 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. RESERVATION CREDIT Your $50 Reservation Credit secures your appointment and is fully applied to your service. Cancellation and no‑show fees are charged to the card on file according to the terms above. Gratuity Policy NVSKN is a gratuity-inclusive atelier. All rituals are complete as priced; no additional gratuity is expected or accepted. This keeps your experience seamless and allows us to stay fully focused on clinical care and results.
